I – Inflammation – Research points to the fact that most health issues are due to inflammation in the body. Anti-inflammatory foods and supplements can help.
J – Juicing – a great way to get full nutrients into the body especially for senior citizens.

M – muscle health is key to our movement through the day. Muscles depend on protein so eat good, healthy protein for muscle performance and move every day to keep muscles healthy and limber.
N – Nourishing – think about the foods you eat. Are they nutrient dense? Do they do anything to fuel or heal your body?
O – Organic foods are a first choice whenever possible. Buy organic when you can.

S – Sugar and Stress – I know it is hard but sugar needs to be avoided. Sugar and stress are have been proven to cause cancer.
T – Thyroid – important in metabolic functions and most bodily activities. Have it checked regularly
U – Under-cooked meat – be careful of raw and undercooked meat and fish.
V – Variety and Vitamins. Variety of foods is the spice of life to enjoying foods and do take vitamins to help your body.
W – Weight – weight loss is one of the biggest concerns for individuals. It isn’t so easy to just lose weight. It is a complicated, metabolic process affecting each of us differently.
